Sales Clarity & Leadership

Your sales team is doing the work. But are your buyers moving?

More meetings, demos and proposals don't necessarily mean more progress towards a sale.

Is it the market, your buyers, your sales approach, or your team's execution?

Kultura helps B2B technology leaders investigate what's working, what's holding opportunities back, and where sales performance can improve.

Who we work with

Founders, sales leaders and sales managers.

Founders / CEOs

Sales investment isn't producing the expected revenue. You remain too involved in opportunities and closing deals — and need to understand whether the issue is market fit, leadership or execution.

Sales Leaders / Heads of Sales

Opportunities stall, forecasts become unreliable, and performance varies across an active team. You need a clearer view of where sales momentum is being lost.

Sales Managers

Activity isn't translating into buyer progress. Deal reviews and coaching aren't improving results, and consistent execution and accountability remain difficult to establish.

The challenge

When results fall short, what are we missing?

The problem isn't always your people or your pipeline. Sometimes, it's what the business doesn't yet know.

01 / MARKET CLARITY

Are we expecting the market to buy before it's ready?

Test assumptions about demand and sales expectations, market readiness and expectations before drawing conclusions about performance.

02 / BUYER CLARITY

Do we know what's really driving — or preventing — the buyer's decision?

Understand the people, priorities and commitments behind each opportunity — not just its CRM stage.

03 / EXECUTION CLARITY

Is seller activity creating meaningful buyer progress?

Examine whether your sales playbook, management practices and seller activities are creating meaningful buyer progress — and identify what needs to change.

What changes

Make more of the opportunities you already have.

Our work helps B2B leaders strengthen the sales decisions, execution and management practices that influence revenue performance.

Clearer sales decisions.

Understand what's limiting performance, where to focus, and which assumptions need challenging.

Stronger sales execution.

Improve how opportunities are qualified, progressed and managed — with greater emphasis on meaningful buyer commitment.

More predictable performance.

Build better visibility, management discipline and sales judgement to support more informed forecasts and leadership decisions.

Does this sound familiar?

Your team is selling. But are your buyers moving?

Some of the sales challenges we help B2B technology leaders investigate:

  1. Your pipeline looks healthy, but opportunities aren't progressing.
  2. Buyers show interest, attend meetings, then disappear.
  3. Your team is busy with demos, proposals and follow-ups, but deals aren't closing.
  4. Your sales playbook is being followed, but the expected results aren't materializing.
  5. Your APAC markets aren't responding the way leadership expected. What works elsewhere may need adapting to local buying behaviours.
  6. Sales targets keep slipping, and leadership can't pinpoint why. Is it the market, the approach, the sellers — or a combination?

These are symptoms. The reasons behind them aren't always obvious.

Even when results are good, there may be opportunities to improve how consistently your business turns buyer interest into meaningful sales progress.

More about our founder

His work has involved multinational corporations, regional enterprises and growing businesses in diverse buying environments. His experience in B2B technology and SaaS sales includes building and leading regional sales teams, managing enterprise opportunities, and coaching and developing sales teams.

What guides our work?

Seller activity isn't buyer movement. Processes provide structure, not certainty. Buying is influenced by people, organizations and markets. Relationships should build an understanding of buyer decisions, not just familiarity. And understanding the sales situation must come before taking action. It's not how you sell. It's how they buy.

Frequently asked questions

A little more about how we work.

The practical questions behind a potential engagement.

What exactly does Kultura do?

Kultura helps B2B technology businesses understand what's holding back sales performance and take practical steps to improve it.

We examine market assumptions, buyer behaviour, sales execution and management practices to identify where change is needed.

Clients engage us in three ways: through an independent Sales Execution Review, hands-on Fractional Sales Leadership, or Custom Sales Programs designed around specific team challenges.

What is a Sales Execution Review?

A Sales Execution Review is an independent assessment of what's helping or hindering sales performance.

Depending on the agreed scope, we examine market assumptions, buyer decisions, opportunity progression, sales practices and management effectiveness.

We then provide findings and prioritised recommendations to help leadership understand what's working, what needs attention and where improvements can be made.

How is this different from sales training?

Kultura doesn't begin with a standard training curriculum.

We first seek to understand the sales challenges a business is facing. Depending on what we discover, the right intervention may involve reviewing sales execution, working directly with leadership, or designing a Custom Sales Program.

When workshops are needed, they're designed around the company's actual situation, rather than delivered as generic sales training.

Can you lead our sales team?

Yes. Kultura provides Fractional Sales Leadership for businesses that need experienced, hands-on sales leadership without necessarily hiring a full-time sales leader.

Depending on the engagement, this can include managing sales activities, reviewing opportunities, coaching team members, strengthening sales processes and establishing management accountability.

We begin by understanding your existing team, sales objectives and the level of support required.

Can Kultura help us establish sales operations in a new market?

Yes. For businesses entering a new market, Kultura can provide Fractional Sales Leadership to help establish the initial sales operation.

Depending on the engagement, this may include developing sales processes and playbooks, building an initial pipeline, engaging prospective buyers and refining the sales approach based on real market feedback.

These engagements typically require ongoing involvement and are structured around an agreed scope and monthly retainer.

Do we need a Sales Execution Review before engaging Kultura?

Not necessarily.

For businesses seeking an independent assessment, a Sales Execution Review is a practical starting point.

If you already need hands-on sales leadership or execution support, we can explore a direct engagement. The diagnostic work becomes part of that engagement rather than a separate prerequisite.

Custom Sales Programs can also be commissioned directly when a business has a specific team development or sales execution challenge.

What happens in the first 30-minute conversation?

We'll discuss your sales objectives, what's working, what's not, and what you've already tried.

The purpose is to understand your situation and explore whether Kultura can help — whether through a Sales Execution Review, Fractional Sales Leadership or a Custom Sales Program.

It's a conversation, not a sales presentation. There's no lengthy questionnaire or obligation to proceed.
